• We show and discuss the listed properties with interested clients, highlighting features and benefits.

• We facilitate negotiations and liaisons between sellers and buyers or landlords and tenants regarding offers, payments, lease agreements, etc. 

• We maintain and update the listing database of available properties.  

• We keep you up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, etc.

• We will refer clients to legal, insurance, or mortgage professionals as needed throughout the transaction.

• We will answer your queries and guide you through processes like home loans, title transfers, appraisals, etc.

Qualifications: 

• Registered real estate agent  

• Member of the Estate, Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN)

• PWAN member

• Strong sales and negotiation skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication 

• Familiarity with local markets  

• Able to work independently and with clients.
